PJ GQ Beach Style…… | Sarasota Beach Portraits

Dear Blog,

Oh how I’ve missed you……This has been a crazy few months.  It seems like winter turned right into summer.  I apologize for not writing or posting lately, but the most important thing in my life has required a little extra attention.  A couple of months ago, my son PJ, was diagnosed with a severe language delay.  Therefore, I have had to cut a few things out of my life in order to focus on him and his speech therapy.  We are aggressively treating it by working with a fantastic Speech Pathologist THREE TIMES A WEEK!  We also have plenty of homework throughout the week.  I’m thankful that we are able to work on this now before he enters elementary school.  To be honest, I was a little embarrassed to admit that this was going on, but now I’m facing it and doing everything that I can.  It can be frustrating at times, but I also feel that it has been a blessing in disguise to get me off of the computer and to spend more time with him.

I promise to get back on track soon…..For now, here are shots from his four year photo shoot on Siesta Key.  Even if he can’t communicate perfectly, he sure is cute!  :)

Beach Beauties…..| Sarasota Family Beach Photographer

This was such a fun shoot!  The girls were beauties (including their mommy)!  Mom is a very talented painter and we showcased some of her work for her new site.  These hand painted canvases can be custom made to match your child’s room.  They are awesome!  If you would like her info, please contact me through email and I will share it with you.  Her site should be live soon!!

20 minutes before the storm…. | Sarasota Family Beach Photographer

These kids were awesome.  They did everything that I asked in about 15 minutes!  We missed the rain by minutes!  I have so many gorgeous shots though.  They are quite the photogenic group, aren’t they?  Have a safe trip back to Dallas!!!  Untitled-1Untitled-2Untitled-3Untitled-4Untitled-5

They even shared his beautiful Spongebob cake with me – yummy!!  Thank you again for a fun evening.  It worked out great despite that large black rain cloud.  Thank goodness it went the other way!    Aren’t they a beautiful little family???Untitled-1Untitled-3Untitled-4Untitled-2

An awesome family with style! | Sarasota Family Beach Photos

This is the perfect example of what to wear to your beach sessions.  I love how mom coordinated her boys around her dress.  Love it!  They are a gorgeous family anyway, but I thought that their wardrobe deserved some attention too.  :)   Thank you and enjoy the rest of your trip!!  bloggBlogUntitled-1Untitled-2Untitled-3

A little model in the making | Sarasota Family Beach Photos

Another wonderful family beach session.  This was their first visit to Sarasota from Ohio.  I hope that we made a good impression.   :)   Ella was my little model who I was able to play dress up with – sooo fun!!  I love beach photos with color and my wish was granted.

Ummm…..WOW! You know how much I ADORE color!!! | Sarasota Family Beach Photographer

Check out this BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING, AMAZING family!!!  For as much as I have been out at the beach lately, you would think I would be really tan….I guess sunset is not the best time for tanning.

I just love all of the colors in this beach session.  They make me so happy when I look at them.  I hope the girls’ enjoyed their ice cream!!  :)
